
Scottie Wright
Club Owner/Director & Head Coach
Club Owner, Scott Wright was a member of the first ever undefeated NH state title(SHS 2005).
Joining Rivier College, Nashua NH was part of the 06’ NECVA Championship team and Molten Final 4.
Over the next four years accumulated consecutive GNAC championships in the same time. The 2009 GNAC MVP and member of an NCAA record holding .900+ win percentage season.
Coach Wright lead Salem HS to a state title in 2011. Taking a position at Regis College in 2012-2017 as head coach of both the men’s and the women’s program accumulating the most wins in program history. Recording five finals appearance, four NECC champions , three of which were undefeated. Regis appeared in four NCAA tournaments, coached one player of the year, one defensive player of the year, two rookie of the year and was awarded two coach of the year recognitions.
Coach Wright is dedicated to the craft, takes pride in his contributions to the players growth. C3 is about commitment, building confidence and composure.

Zach Sindoni
Co-Founder & Head Coach 16u
Coach Zach brings a lifelong passion for volleyball to every practice and match.
As the co-founder of C3 Volleyball, Coach Zach is guided by the program's core principles—Confidence, commitment, and composure. His mission is to ensure that every athlete who joins C3 not only sharpens their skills and elevates their game but also learns how to persevere through challenges with confidence and purpose.
Coach Zach's playing career began at Haverhill High School, where he was a standout setter from 2008 to 2012. During his time there, the team clinched conference championships in both his junior and senior years and made a state finals appearance in his junior season. He capped off his high school career as team MVP his senior year.
He continued playing at the collegiate level under Coach Wright at Regis College from 2014 to 2016, further deepening his understanding of the game and leadership on the court.
Zach spent three years coaching boys and girls beach volleyball for Thunderbirds, one year with Elite Z Volleyball Academy, and two years coaching at Haverhill High School.

Josie Dalrymple
Head Coach & Data Analyst
Josie is a coach with over ten years of experience coaching at the club, high school and collegiate levels. She started out as a swim instructor when she was in high school and quickly caught the coaching bug. That turned into teaching kids with disabilities how to swim where she was the most requested swim instructor.
Her coaching philosophy centers on athlete development to build stronger more resilient mindsets, confidence, and a deep understanding of the game. She wants her kids to feel challenged, supported and empowered to reach their potential on and off the court.
Before she moved to New Hampshire, and started calling C3 home, she coached out in Washington State. As a head coach at Auburn High School she grew the program to 40+ kids, beat rivals for the first time in 15 years, made it to the divisional tournament for the first time in a decade, and helped six kids go on to compete at the collegiate level.
As an assistant coach at Shoreline Community College her primary responsibility was to be a data operations specialist. She collected, analyzed and then built strategies around her findings to guide training in ways that supported each players progress in order to maximize team growth.

Kendall Powe
Assistant Coach 16u
Haverhill native, competed at Haverhill high school as a defensive specialist for four years. She has developed a strong passion for the game driven by her teaching her younger sisters. Her hope is being her enthusiasm on skill development, confidence, and creating a positive team environment. As she begins her coaching career at C3 Kendall’s goal is to help athletes grow both on and off the court by being a positive role model.

Yemayma Molina
Head Coach 18-2
Lawrence native and head coach of the Northern Essex Community College Knights volleyball team.
Molina, a graduate of Western New England University where she was a four-year member of the Golden Bears volleyball team and a two-time Conference of New England (CNE) all-conference selection graduated with a bachelor’s degree in psychology and minor in criminal justice.
Prior to her time at WNEU, Molina was a four-year standout on the varsity volleyball team at Lawrence High School and also a member of the school’s basketball team.
As a member of the Golden Bears, she saw action in 90 matches over four seasons, while leading the team with 77 blocks in her senior season in helping lead the team to a CNE semi-finals appearance.
She is excited to bring her passion for the sport back to the area it developed and share it with the next generation.

Valentina Ramirez
Assistant Coach 15u
Coach Valentina brings energy, discipline, and a strong passion for youth development to the court. She began playing volleyball at a young age and competed through high school, earning two years on Varsity as a defensive specialist/libero at Haverhill High School.
Later, while pursuing her studies at Duke University, Coach Valentina continued to play volleyball at the intramural level, valuing the balance between academics, athletics, and personal growth. With extensive experience working with children and adolescents, she is committed to creating a supportive, confidence-building environment for young athletes.

Elize Pena
Assistant Coach 18-2
Coach Elize joins C3 after a completing her playing career at Providence College. Prior she competed for Lawrence HS. She brings 6yrs of competitive setting experience to the program.
Developing her love for the game in middle school, her passion is shared with players preparing to transition to the next level. Knowing the work it takes to reach your goals, she speaks passionately with experience and aspirations to motivate and inspire generations to come.

Christy Garcia
Assistant Coach 18-1
Originally from Nebraska, Christy Garcia played as a Libero/Defensive Specialist with VCNebraska.
Christy holds a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science from Plymouth State University. Her academic training, combined with her extensive playing background, provides a strong foundation in athletic performance, injury prevention, and long-term player development.
