We are a community-based volleyball program that provides a competitive environment for players’ development both on and off the court. We provide feedback constructively, and based on the confidence level of the athlete- focusing on getting better for the next play and learning from the last.

How do we do this? By adhering to the different learning styles of the athletes. Explaining the how and why to the athletes in understandable terms. By presenting the athletes with  a demonstration of the skill, technique, or strategy being implemented.  And allowing the athlete to participate and perform both in static drills and game play. This is a place for personalized development, not production-line training. 

The opportunity for greatest improvements occur during failure, we dont believe in losing. We win or we learn.

For the 2025-2026 Season- practices will be held at the YMCA in Plaistow NH located at 175 Plaistow Rd, Plaistow, NH 03865
